Latin Church

It is located at Ras al-Shorja in the Caliphs Street. It was built in 1866 AD in the position taken by the Carmelites in 1731 AD as a place to perform religious ceremonies, which was called the Temple of Martoma the Messenger. The current church is in the form of a cross, with a tall dome 32 meters high, in which many statues were erected, and its walls were decorated by many rare images. The construction of the church was completed in 1871 AD.
